INTRoduction:
In this project we were assigned to think of any engineering concept that we went over this year and do a project focusing on that subject. After many classes thinking about what to do, my partner and I came across a project about centripetal force. For the project we made Jell-O of different consistencies and put a marble in the middle. Then we spun the cups of jello around and recorded the results. The marble stayed in the same place each time proving centripetal force.
CONCEPTS:
Gravity: The downward force toward earth
Centripetal Force: A force that acts on a moving moving in a circular path.

REFLECTION:
For this project I worked with my best friend the whole thing was extremely fun. The actual experiment was simple but took a whole 4 hours for the jello to solidify. Something that went wrong was that the cups of jello broke because of the string I used was not strong enough. But other than that everything went well. We got results that confirmed our hypothesis which was great.
